Refunds & cancellation
Last updated: 25 September 2026
[Applies once paid plans launch. Until then MC Planner is free and nothing can be bought.]
Who sells the plans
Paid plans (Cloud, Team, Lifetime) are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant of record. Link takes the payment,
handles taxes, sends receipts and invoices, and your bank statement shows LINK.COM* MCPLANNER. You can manage your
purchases at link.com.
Cancel any time
You can cancel a subscription in MC Planner (Account → Plan → Cancel subscription) or at link.com. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. Nothing is deleted when you cancel: your plans stay on your computer and your shared worlds pause (friends can still view and export them) — see below.
14-day refund
If MC Planner isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment of a plan — no questions asked. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] or contact Link support. This comes in addition to any right of withdrawal you have as a consumer in the EU or UK.
What happens when a plan ends
- Your shared worlds pause: everyone can still open them read-only and export the plan.
- After 30 days, the uploaded world files, maps and images are deleted. The plan itself is kept for 12 months, so subscribing again brings everything back.
- The plans on your own computer are never affected.
Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time payment for the Cloud plan for as long as we run the MC Planner Cloud service, plus self-hosted collaboration in the desktop app. If you already pay for Cloud monthly, that subscription is cancelled and the unused days are refunded automatically.
